Capital City Mining Co. is an idea I've had for a long time for a "hidden bar". I Have always loved the idea of underground cave pubs.
Here is the entrance and the "outside" seating area.
Minecart for fun, scenic elements. Perhaps people would take pictures sitting in it or something.

Inside the bar, gives a good view of everything.
